Led by Justine Noy and Peter Mussared, the Noy team combines legal expertise with extensive real estate experience to provide comprehensive brokerage services. Justine Noy
Justine Noy is the co-owner of Noy Business Brokers, principal of Noy Legal and a Notary Public. Justine has cultivated enduring relationships with clients spanning over 15 years, drawing on her extensive experience in the accommodation and hospitality industries across Australia, Croatia, and Vanuatu.
Specialising in commercial advice, sale and purchase of businesses, and property matters (including assisting clients in overseas property transactions), Justine holds qualifications including a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Tax, a Certificate of Notarial Practice, and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. With over 20 years as a lawyer and almost 18 years as the principal of Noy Legal, she is known for her calm demeanour, understanding approach, and measured advice.
Beyond the legal realm, Justine's interests extend to maintaining fitness, honing her Croatian language skills, and indulging in cooking and sharing delicious meals. In 2012, she undertook a challenging 23-day sailing journey across the Atlantic Ocean on a 42-foot yacht, an experience she eagerly anticipates repeating.
Peter Mussared
Peter Mussared brings over 25 years of real estate experience to his role as co-owner of Noy Business Brokers. With a deep understanding that every business is unique, Peter is committed to employing tailored techniques to ensure successful acquisitions and sales.
Recognising the parallels between selling a business and selling a family home, Peter understands these transactions' stress, challenges, and time-consuming nature. With Peter's guidance, clients can expect the best results with minimal stress.
Drawing from his successful tenure as the founder of TCC Real Estate (Macedon Ranges), Licensed Estate Agent ad Officer in Effective Control, Peter's reputation for professionalism and exceptional service precedes him. He has consistently outperformed his peers in sales and vendor experience, earning him the trust of clients and colleagues alike.
Peter is deeply ingrained in the local community and takes pride in delivering personalised services that exceed expectations. With his wealth of experience and dedication to client satisfaction, Peter is a trusted ally in the business brokerage landscape.
Kiean Kranjec
Bringing a surge of enthusiasm to Noy Business Brokers, Kiean Kranjcec joins the team as a dynamic paralegal and assistant to Justine Noy.
With a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and currently pursuing his Diploma of Property (Agency Management) at the esteemed Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), Kiean is well-equipped to navigate the intricate landscape of business transactions.
Beyond his legal pursuits, Kiean's interests span a diverse spectrum, including a background in tennis as a former amateur player and a passion for classical piano. His commitment to continuous learning is evident in his ongoing educational endeavours, exemplified by his pursuit of a Bachelor in Piano Performance.
